Emailing a pdf file in linux

I looked every, and although I know this is an easy question, I could not seem to find the answer. All I want to do is email a few pdf files I have in an email in an attachment. I have no idea how to do that. I use damn small linux so it is not something I use much. I need help with how to email asap.

A side question about the file I converted into a pdf using "ps2pdf":
It does show the filename.pdf but I don't know if it worked right... the file I tried to convert is a script for a graph that I load into gnuplot. Is it right that I did ps2pdf "filename" in the directory where the script file was and not in gnuplot? with the pdf end up being a plot like it should or did I do it wrong?

    Please help asap

ps2pdf creates a PDF version of a Postscript file. You can always load the resultant PDF in acroread or xpdf to make sure that it came out correctly.

As far as e-mailing, what program do you use to send e-mail? As long as you're not using raw sendmail, your client should have an option to attach files. And even if you _are_ using raw sendmail, it should still be possible.
