    java.lang.NullPointerException

I've been trying to download software (games) from a website. The website is associated with the laptop I have; There is an icon right on my desktop, so I feel fairly comfortable downloading from it. I get an error message that says:
'Below is the <host name> server response:

    java.lang.NullPointerException.'

Is this something at their end, or is there something I need to look at on my computer to be able to download.

    Thanks.

That's definitely a problem on their end.

Appreciate you getting back with me. I'll send them an e-mail and see what happens.
    Thanks.
