[SOLVED] Menu too big for screen!
Hello!
I am running my desktop at 1280x1024 and the buttons and text boxes on my Gnome desktop are so large that it has pushed items and options off the screen:
The following is an example (in this case the full thing is displayed - almost. If there were 'OK\'Cancel' buttons at the bottom, I would not be able to click them:
Linux

Windows

I have set my font to 8 on Linux, chosen a theme with a "control' that is SMALL, but still - I can't see everything, and it won't let me resize or scroll the window(s).
Help!

Wow thats some pretty bad UI design.
Anyways to work around the problem click and drag the menu while holding the ALT key down (while holding ALT you can grab any part of the menu to drag it around, not just the titlebar).

Great, Thanks.
Most of the time this stuff pops up on dynamically generated option-windows with wxPython.
