It is a little more complicated to create a mutiboot Live Usb. Unetbootin can handle this. Refer to Link Below

i tried this before but was never sure what kernel to set or what parameters to set
You seem to have a few choices for kernels,
vmlinuz
memdisk
Linux
and a few more
and then i few choices for media type
cdrom
floppy
ram disk
etc
What i would do is just unpack an ISO into a folder on the USB stick then point the append parameter to the gz file in this folder
kernel /ubnkern
append initrd=/folder/ubninit pmedia=cd
BUt is didn't always work right.
Would be nice if there was an app that automated it all, so you just select the iso one after the oher and the app creates the menu list etc
I mean linux has been around for a good while you would have thought this would have been done by now??
