Hi,
I tried to compile an kernel. version no.2.6.29. When i unzip that tar ball i am the following error.i dont know why i am getting like this.

Hi,
I tried to compile an kernel. version no.2.6.29. When i unzip that tar ball i am the following error.i dont know why i am getting like this.

I think your file is corrupted, try downloading again.

yes. Download was not successfull. Now i downloaded the new kernel. Its working fine.
