Here in the Netherlands you rarely hear anything bad about the ISP I'm with, in contradiction to a real big one now. But here goes a rule: The more customers you have, the higher the chances are people will have problems.

I must say though, my internet connection always lives up to its speed promise, and I am very satisfied with my static IP. All I need, though, is a different modem/router.
