    Which Linux

I started last night working on Ubuntu. The draw backs that I found is that it does not have "Dail Up" connections.

Which Linux cater for dail up connections and is there a linux that caters for Laptops?

Acording to you, which is the best Linux to use?

    Welcome to the forums!

Take a look at the link in my signature for a couple of quizzes that might help you to pick your first distributions, and lots of other good information about getting started with Linux.

For whatever it's worth, I'm pretty sure that Ubuntu is capable of working with dialup connections.

Hope you'll have fun with Linux.
