vi command to delete character

i need some help to solve this

if i have this , CREATE TABLE "HALOOO"
in one line
after this line they have "BRANCH INFO"

how do i use the (") that is in create table line and not affect other line ?

Sorry, it's not clear what you're trying to do. To delete a character use the key 'x'
