XOrg is one implementation of XWindow, similar to how Firefox is one implementation of an HTML browser.
XOrg is also a direct relative to XFree (another implementation), as it was forked of from it.
So my guess is that is does.
I would be more concerned about "Graphics card must support Shader 3.0".Debian GNU/Linux -- You know you want it.

Shader 3.0 shouldn't be a problem - this card handled the Windows version
