    Backup Software

    Hi All,

Does anyone have a recommendation for backup software that will do the following:

Back up to my external on a schedule if it's connected, otherwise back up at the next time the external is located

Backup straight to folders not as a zip

Compare files and only backup things that are a. not currently in the backup location, b. updated at a newer time than the backup

Do multiple computers to the same spot

I just recently started using spideroak (I believe) software and I love that it does all of this so, any recommendations would be great

no good, it isn't doing what I wanted it to do. It does compare but it rebacks up everything if there is a difference and doesn't include files that have been removed....So if I change a couple things it does a full back up into a new folder named by the date/time, I did "backup every 5 minutes" and in 20 minutes I had 30 gigs worth of backups (4 backups each with 7.5 gigs)
