    Linux and windows are diffenent OS, generally speaking, windows aplication can't run in linux.

    now I have a question: Is there a project or tools that can make linux OS run windows program?

    Have some ogranizions do this job?

    Keep in mind that while some Windows applications work quite well under WINE, there are other apps that might not work at all. If your apps don't work well using WINE, you might want to consider a dual-boot Linux/Windows system.
