You'll find different opinions about what constitutes good quality and easy to follow documentation, and there will always be a few users that have trouble no matter how easy to follow the documentation might seem to others. That said, I've been impressed with the documentation that is now available for Arch, although the distribution itself is not considered to be very new user friendly.

The best approach in my opinion is to start trying out different distributions and if one doesn't seem to be as easy as you want it to be, move to another distro and keep the process going until you find the one that's just right for you and your hardware. Plenty of users have gone through literally dozens of different distributions trying to find the one they could call home.

Perhaps some of the other members here will throw some other information your way, and best of luck to you with the search.

    good documentation is the question?

In my experience the BEST documentation of all the distros is in ubuntu and opensuse. Ubuntu has lots of independent quantity, but a little sifting will get you quality. Opensuse has good quality, but for some reason, it is hard to find when you don't know exactly where to look. They have been reorganizing their documentation over the last few months, so it is getting better. Nobody else comes close to those two.
