    [SOLVED] problem in atmarpd command execution

    hi all,

    I have one problem in executing atmarpd command in powerpc board.
    when i give atmarpd command its showing error.

    atmarpd -d -b
    atmarpd IO: ioctl ATMARPD_CRTL : Bad address
    Fatal - terminating

    its showing bad address error when ever i give this command. why this bad address error is coming.

    plz help me to solve this issuse.

    Have you run the atmarp program to configure atmarpd?
    Sometimes, real fast is almost as good as real time.

    Sorry, but I don't know. I just took a quick look at the man page and mentioned the obvious... Anyway, I don't use this program as it isn't in my RHEL/CentOS package repositories and isn't on the system by default. Maybe there is another lurker here who can help you better.
