    Which Linux distro is suitable for me ?

    Hello everyone.

    I am really confused which linux distro will be suitable for me. I want to use it for programming, music and internet surfing.

    I am having "dell inspiron 1525" laptop.

    Earlier I have used Fedora 11.

    Hello and welcome mesaquib!

    IMHO, the best person to decide on what distro would fit you most would be yourself.

    I suggest you get to try a few using the live CD of some distros and I'm sure you yourself would know sooner or later on which distro would you be comfortable with.

    That's the beauty of linux

    Personally, I have encountered the least of headaches in Linux Mint. You might want to give it a try, among others.
