Hi! I'm, new to Linux and just got Ubuntu Lucid Lynx. Trying to learn the Terminal as I install stuff. This is not the problem I have now.

So my school is running with this annoying software, which only works with MS Windows. Mac users at my school log in through their browser, without need for the actual software. This is not the case with Linux. I get a message saying that it's redirecting me, but nothing happens. So is there anyway to surpass this?
