    [SOLVED] Select OS screen

How do you change to time it gives you to select which OS you want to boot? I did this a week ago but for the life of me I cant remember what I did, or even what to search for on Google. I'm dual booting fedora 12 and Vista, right now it gives me 2 seconds to stop the Fedora boot and I want it to be longer. Thanks

    Hello and welcome!

You can change the time for booting in the /boot/grub/menu.lst file by changing the timeout section to however many seconds you want it to be:

    Code:
    timeout 6
Keep in mind that you'll need root permissions to edit and save that file.
