It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.

Solved
I have downloaded Suse 11.3 and the install worked perfect.. no issues at all..
Its what i expected.. the Install had some conflicts with the System i have.
I thank you all for suggestions and reacting..
I consider this as Solved.
