    Installing a SMC wireless card

    I am new to linux and do not know it very well. I didn't know if someone could give me step by step directions on how to install a driver for my wireless card


    I had found the driver online and downloaded it but i don't know what to do from there. I am lost and need serious help.


    The card is a SMC Networks Wireless PCI card its a 802.11g 54Mbps
    part # : 98-012084-555


    please any help would be appreciated.
