    Problem with the GUI Mode

    I couldn't get GUI started by typing "Startx" and I kept receiving the error "Command not found" and I am using CentOS 5.5 which I believed the latest version. Could anyone please help me. Thanks in advance.

    You don't have a graphical desktop installed yet. You will have to install it before you go any further. I'm not familiar with Centos but I believe it uses yum to install software.
