    Try CentOS 4, but install it on a text mode.

    Puppy is good...

    Puppy linux runs in 128M on a P-II just fine. Yet it still bundles most the applications people need, and it is still easy to use.

    There are many other alternatives (SliTaz, DSL, etc, etc). IMHO Puppy is the most user friendly and complete.

    I use ubuntu because it can be simple, and, when i want, it can be complex
    and, like any other linux, very light.
