    I need to setup a FTP server, using linux OS.
    I am not sure which Distro I should use.
    I am looking for a Small and secured distro.

    Hi
    vsftpd 2.0.5 is the most secured and fast FTP server. You can use it on CentOS (RHEL clone) distribution.

    CentOS has already been suggested above. Its based on Red Hat Enterprise Linux which is one of the most highly regarded distributions in the Enterprise. You can also try Debian or Ubuntu.
