No wireless internet
Hi guys
after 3 years of, ill get round to trying it, ive finallly downloaded a linux distro.
All went well with installation, no problems with anything ( that i know of
)
however i have no wireless internet, i have absolutly no idea on installing the driver for linux, or what i need to do next.
I consider myself an advanced user of windows but i feel very much out of my depth now.
Im running opensuse 11.3 and its a realtek RTL8178 wireless 802.11b/g 54Mps usb 2.0
Could anybody offer any advice?

Hi Matt!
Thank you for your outputs.
Can you please also post outputs of lspci, ifconfig and iwconfig? And if I may suggest kindly wrap tags in your selected text. It might make it easier for the wireless gurus to spot.
Just in case you might want to ask, after highlighting your output you can click on "#".
Good luck!Code:lspci iwconfig ifconfig

No need for the lspci command, just the other.
Code:ifconfig -a
