I deleted entry in know_hosts but it still working wrong, showing ...

A problem with SSH.
When I try to connect to my SUSE server from other one this appears:
Remote host identification has changed.
I deleted entry in know_hosts but it still working wrong, showing me this message.
What could be the cause of this problem??

Most of the time this happens when the SSH server or the OS are reinstalled.
