How to resize a GParted partition?

Attached is a screen shot of my GParted. As you can see the sdb2 partition has only ~300MiB of space and the other partitions has loads of space. The sdb2 is the partition that boots Ubuntu. I would like to maybe merge it into one big partition (if it's possible)? Or at least have more space in the sdb2 partition.
I am new to Ubuntu so I wouldn't know where to start (I could take a stab in the dark at it, but I don't think that would really be a good idea).

Not much extra room there. You could remove the swap partition, move things around and then make sdb2 bigger. Whether you need a swap partition depend on how much RAM you have and whether you want to hibernate. You could certainly get by with less swap space if you don't intend to hibernate, but you're running up against the limits of your very small drive. You're going to need a bigger drive in the not-so-distant future.

Sorry for the late reply, but thanks for the reply.
Since there isn't much I can't do then, I might just leave it. I wasn't really planning on using my USB for anything hardcore, just morely what doesUbuntu look/use like. I am thinking on splitting my laptop so I can do a dual booth, but that's sometime in the future.
    Thanks though
