Hi all - Acer Aspire One with Lubuntu here...

I've used the graphical tool to add a new user, and given full admin rights to it. However when I login with this user, the desktop loads but only has a small fraction of the things the usual desktop has. In particular, the main settings menu isn't available.

How can I edit this new user so that it has the same startup settings as the main user?
