Places with 2.4 kernel isos. Why do you need a 2.4 kernel for any ways?

So, these are custom drivers that were developed for 2.4 kernels? Of could there be newer ones available? Have you checked on the Scientific Linux web site? You'd be surprised at the number of weird drivers available for 2.6 kernels.

Yes the drivers are developed just for the obseravtory. Marc the wrighter said that a 2.4 is all that would work. we have redhat right now. the only other problem is we do not know linux. But we are figing it out. Thank You for the reply. Jon

These mirrors below also have some 2.4 kernel isos. I know Slackware 9 has kernel 2.4. Maybe some fulltime slackware users can tell you which isos are viable for your project.

There are older version of Scientific Linux that you can use (Red Hat clones) for free that have a 2.4 kernel. Check it out at Scientific Linux - Welcome to Scientific Linux (SL)
