    my GUI nreakup:'(

    my system GUI brook up bec i downloaded KDE gnome and LXDE and XFCE to ty them and after that i removed them from synpatic maneger all the KDE ,LXDE and XFCE from terminal but they still exits??? how is that?? and after using synapatic maneger..the GUI collapsed and there is no GUI can I restore it or should i Install anew system??
    and if i installed ubuntu 11.4 can i remove unity completely ???????

    Are you able to login to your system at all?
    Even to a text console?

    If so, then you might want to look here:Ubuntu 11.04 Remove unity but use gnome 2
    Or here:Ubuntu 11.04 natty narwhal Gnome 3 as default (Howto remove Unity)
