    How to control fan speed on IBM R60 with ubuntu 10.10 installed

    hi

    i'm very noise sensitive and due to the warm weather my fan runs at pretty high speed without interruption. How can i decrease the fan speed/rpm ? Are there any scripts or GUI tools you can recommend ?
