Oracle Virtual Box and CentOS: a few issues from the beginning
Thanks lrithori I have Oracle Virtual Box, and Installed CentOS however a few issues right from the beginning:
1. I tried to change the root password via passwd, I got a message password changed successfully and all tokens updated however when I reboot it and do a su it automatically logs me in via root without asking for the password.
2. I changed the default runlevel from 5(GUI) to 3(multiuser CUI) in the /etc/inittab however again after rebooting it comes up in the GUI mode.
Any help would be welcome.
Regards dmm.
