    Hello and welcome!

    Linux doesn't use exe files. If you are wanting to run Windows applications, you can dual-boot between Linux and Windows, or you might be able to run them under Wine or run them in a virtual machine. Otherwise, running native Linux apps is probably your best option.

    ..But there is a version of Frostwire for Linux...

    1) Look in your package manager and see it it is available from Repository.

    2) If it is not go here: Official FrostWire Installers Download - Free BitTorrent Client - No Subscriptions, Just Download and Install - FrostWire.com - BitTorrent So Simple
    There are 6 different downloads available. Depending on your distro you need either the one for Ubuntu, or the one for debian, or the Tarball
