    How to install tarball files?


    I've browsed through the forums and haven't found an actual helpful thread so i'm asking for help.
    I've downloaded Vuze (new azureus) and the file is tar.bz2
    What do I do with this file?

    tar.bz2 or tar.gz are "tarballs" and usually contain the sourcecode of an application.

    Installing source code is about using (Autotools). The command (make) is part of the (Autotools) suite.
