    Which distro/linux is best for me?

    Hello everyone, I am new (...duh)

    But i have a question for you

    i have a computer which i don't use anymore

    Now i want to make it a computer for playing movies, Listening music, And be able to suit it on a tv.

    so the question sounds simple,
    What is the best linux for making a media center/enterainment system

    it would be nice if it has good graphics (HD?) , Be able for wireless, TV and Radio tuner card, TV and Radio Tuner USB

    Hello and Welcome!

    While I've never personally set it up, you should be able to get what you need from just about any modern distro using MythTV.
    Some Linux distributions even have it pre-installed.

    Apparently MythTV installation and setup can be a bit *ahem* arcane so it may be worth considering Mythbuntu which is supposed to be easy.

    Thanx for the reactions, both of you, I will search some results for mythtv and mythbuntu

    I heard mythbuntu have some Tv tuner drivers pre-installerd?

    I'm afraid I have no direct experience of mythbuntu but an ex work colleague swears by it for his media centre needs. Good luck with it
