Before you try to fix the symptoms, you probably need to address the cause. Several questions come to mind:

    - how did the malware get there in the first place? (Who put it there? What exploits were used to get in?)
    - who are you passing this malware out to through your web pages?
    - what information or content has already been lost/defaced/stolen?

If your system has been compromised, which is likely, then you really should take it offline immediately. Back up the data as well as you can, re-install the system, properly secure it (there are literally hundreds of guides for this kind of thing around out there) and then restore your data and content piece by piece from backups, ensuring that you're not putting anything back on that contains the infected content.

    Exactly.
As was already advised several times in previous threads.

There is something wholly satisfying about this. A user repeatedly asks the same question hoping for a different answer, but our most knowledgeable gurus and experts keep giving the same advice.

Agreed, so I've gone ahead and closed this thread since it is a duplicate. Any further discussion about it can continue in the OP's other thread regarding this issue.
