    Wireless Internet Connection

    Hi,

I have installed CentOS 6 on my home laptop but I am unable to connect to the internet using either dhcp or when setting a static IP.

When using dhcpd I use "NetworkManager" and it shows that I am able to get a full connectivity reading from my SSID but it assigns an ip address of 10.0.0.29?

I am unable to use yum or indeed ping the gateway.

When I statically configure this on another dedicated LAN (in work) it connects fine.

I have tried to set this using a static IP address at home (using the gateway from another home WINS laptop) and using 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 as my DNS servers but still no joy.

Can anybody point me in the right direction of how I may resolve this issue?

    R,
    H
