can't do anything with folder files

    one of those files:

    ls-l

    -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 9810426944 Mar 24 01:29 mysqlbackup-2013-03-24.sql

I can't delete, move anything, in other folders all looks ok.
Can do grep command on files in that folder doh.

    What to look for ?

That file is owned by root and only root has write access so depending on your distro you will need to use either su or sudo to do anything other than read the file. A guide to Linux file permissions.
