Can I delete these files in /tmp after removing user?

I have just deleted a user but in /tmp there are files and folders that have references to the old user, like scrollkeeper and gconf. Can I delete these files and directories? Thanks.

Even, I have the same queston.

I have deleted the <user-obrit> folder but not the configuration files.

You may delete the particular folder of the user in /tmp but the other gconf and scrollkeeper might cause some problem if deleted. I am not sure!
