Editing In Linux
Can someone help with these coursework questions.
(4) What is the main difference between the df and du commands?
(5) Try typing the
% du –s /etc
write the output.
(6) Execute the following command sequence:
% cd
% mkdor temp
% cp /etc/passwd temp
% chmod 400 temp
If you were now to execute the command ls temp what would you expect the output to be?
(7) What would you expect to obtain from executing the command ls –l temp? Did you obtain what you expected? If not, why not?
Any answers would be apreciated, Thanks!

Um...first off, do your own homework (as retired1af said).
Second, why not just open your terminal and run the commands?
