installing 2 rpm files at the same time

i am tryign to isntall libgii from a bunch of rpm files i downloaded (i need it for somesomethign else i downloaded ) but anyway, it says it needs anotehr package to eb installed first, however when i install the second package (the 1 that the first package needs) it says it need package 1 installed first. Is there any way i can isntall both at the same time, or some other way to isntall them, liek forcing isntall regardless of dependencies
