    Yes, as root.. "xorg-config" or "xf86config" to configure X.

    That worked. I got it working but the resolution was all messed up, so I was able to fix it with that as well. I have decided not to use slackware though because it doesn't come with ndiswrapper and I don't feel like installing it.

    ...your dropping slack for something easy as that(better change your hardware )?
    If so, Slackware is indeed not your thing.

    I suppose not, I just tried it to try it pretty much. If I feel like it I might install ndiswrapper, I've had bad experiences trying to do that in the past though. I plan on getting a new monitor after xmas.
