    Network card unplugged?

I have a wired and wireless network card, but I can't go on the interenet because in the network properties it says they are both "unplugged" (eth0 and eth1). How do I fix that? The network cards are plugged in, because on windows (dual boot) I can access the internet.

You need to know what chipset your card uses (google it) from there you can find linux drivers. For example if you have an atheros chipset you could use the madwifi driver (which works very well btw) or if you can't find a linux driver, ndiswrapper is able to use windows drivers for your card.

Ok, I'm running Arklinux and have an Intel 2200 Pro wireless card, I finally found some drivers, how do I install them? The documentation doesn't work. It says it's missing a directory to make file.
