    333Mhz i686 Pentium II

I just realized that i have a i686 penitum II, and not an i386. Although Fedora Runs perfect, i have experienced some issues with certain programs (eclipse, realplayer, the ATI driver). Could these programs have issues because my pentium is a i686, or is that basically the same thing as a i386. Thanks

No, that is more than likely not the issue. If you were trying to run i686 software on an i386, perhaps, but not the other way around.
