    Question Title bars randomly disappear?

I was working in Firefox when all of a sudden the bar at the top of every window disappeared and my linux locked up, I had to log out then back on to fix the problem. Anyone know why this happened? It has happened before, I just ignored it.

sounds like an X issue. i had problems with my laptop before installing the nvidia drivers. what video card are you using?
Here's why Linux is easier than Windows:
Package Managers! Apt-Get and Portage (among others) allow users to install programs MUCH easier than Windows can.
Hardware Drivers. In SuSE, ALL the hardware is detected and installed automatically! How is this harder than Windows' constant disc changing and rebooting?
