    java

    I did find a couple of syntax errors but I still get no directory. This is what I entered;

    bash-2.05b# ln -s /usr/java/j2re1.4.2_03/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so ~/.usr/local/mozilla/plugins
    ln: creating symbolic link `/root/.usr/local/mozilla/plugins' to `/usr/java/j2re1.4.2_03/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so': No such file or directory

    java

    I changed the syntax and it works. The Sun web site reports java functioning. TechTV still doesn't work but I haven't gave up.

    ln -s /usr/java/j2re1.4.2_03/plugin/i386/ns610-gcc32/libjavaplugin_oji.so /usr/local/mozilla/plugins

    Thanks again for the patience and help. I learned alot!
