Small screen on laptop
My command shell uses only the center of my screen - not the entire thing. It's like my video driver needs to be installed or updated or something. Anyone have any ideas how I can prevent this from happening / or fix it?

It must have something to do with my xorg.conf. I'm currently running Arch Linux and just got Xorg and fluxbox installed. I first used hwd to create my xorg.conf, which didn't work too well. I then did X -configure, which worked fine. After adding exec fluxbox to my .xinitrc, fluxbox now starts up with
But my resolution is still messed up. Both in the shell and in fluxbox, the screen is a fraction of the possible size, leaving a large black border. I've searched my xorg.conf, but in it there is nothing about resolution. Besides, my xorg.conf would'nt affect my shell's resolution.Code:startx
Help would be much appreciated on this issue.10" Sony Vaio SRX99P 850MHz P3-M 256MB RAM 20GB HD : ArchLinux

RE: Small screen on laptop
Try "Fn-F7" (ie "Fn-Font") on Dell laptops.
