location of sharutils RPMS for FC1
Gang,
Thought I'd install Nessus with the installer script. I have the glib and gtk installed. But to run the sh script, I need sharutils.
I rpm -i sharutils*.rpm from the DVD companion from Red Hat Fedora for dummies after I verified its key and it appeared to run fine. Installed it 100% However, when I try to run the script, it told me that the sharutils package needed to be installed. I searched the fedora website for update rpms, but saw none listed for sharutils. Anyone know another site for the rpms?
When I checked the install log under the root directory, it did list sharutils-4.2.1-17.i386.rpm.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks!!

if the installer script is trying to do any compiling, it needs devel packages. ie sharutils-devel-4.whatever.rpm
see if this file is on your cd
