    Configure Grub


    hello how can i configure grub, i had not rename OTHER to windows xp and now it gives me to choice Fedora or OTHER how can fix that?

    edit grub.conf

    you may change it by editing /etc/grub.conf

    /boot/grub/grub.conf

    or

    /boot/grub/menu.lst

    hi,

    /etc/grub.conf is a symbolic link to /boot/grub/grub.conf in fedora.So you could edit any file.
    It differs from distribution to distribution.
    Anyway,/boot/grub/menu.lst or /boot/grub/grub.conf is the file to edit.(as its the same in all major distros)
