    Quicktime player for linux?


    i noticed that Quicktime does not have a version of quicktime for linux.. is there a player that will be a substitute for it, that will allow streaming video to be played as well? or is there something i missed at quicktime?

    also, i'd like to get some codecs for my already present players because they dont have many codecs...

    I've seen some plugings for XINE that allow quicktime to be played..

    Check here and here for sources,rpms, etc.
    Be sure to install the W32Codes, as these contain de Quicktime 6 decoders.
