ive been tryin to fix my cadet network which is gentoo linux and i have partitioned the drives when instead i was suposed to have mounted the drives and my friend who built the server ses tht it is now f#c#ed and i will have to rebuild the network is thy any way to solve my problem so i do not have to rebuild from cratch. if tht helps u understand my problem the last thing the server ses was tht the kernel still currently uses the old table but upon next reboot it will use the old 1. if u need any more help to understanding my problem ill answer to best i can.
