    Unhappy how can others realise me by my hostname, not my IP address

    When I use nslookup to find my computer by "my hostname"on network, there's a trouble. How can I change my current hostname to make other computer can realise me by my hostname ?
    I also change my hostname in /etc/hosts, but there's nothing change.

    You need to get a domain name. I recommend DynDNS.org.
