    Rh9 Gpl Os

I installed RH9 GPL and after install, during boot up it basically loading eth1 even though I have only eth0 NIC cable attached. There is two network ports in eth0 & eth1. Can somebody tell me how to get rid of this message during boot? Where do I have to go to edit so that this will go away. Thanks!

Why are you using such an old version of RedHat?

This is the customer order and they wanted RH9 GPL to be installed as their OS. Can you please help me solve this problem. Basically, I only want the message to "OK" for eth0 only. Why is it showing eth1 "OK" as well???

If I remember correctly, RH stores its runlevels in /etc/rc.#, correct?

If that is the case, you can probably just remove the script link from the particular runlevel's directory.
